In pursuance of PHQ J&K advertisement notice issued under endorsement No.Estt/W-19/2011/50338-420 dated 24.10.2011 read with Estt/W-19/2011/53582-701 dated 30.11.2011 whereby 41 posts of SI (Telecommunications) were advertised and pursuant to the selection process based on written and viva-voce tests, following is the provisional selection list of candidates based on their relative merit:- 35. 138 Ashwani Kangotra S/o Bachan Lal R/o Kathar Teshil Bishnah District Jammu. Individual communication is being sent separately to the selectees who shall be required to report Director Police Telecom J&K Srinagar alongwith original testimonials within 21 days. One post out of 41 posts advertised has been kept reserved in compliance to the directions of the Hon’ble High Court, J&K, while as 5 vacancies have remained unfilled for want of eligible candidates. The controversy around Nestle's Maggi noodles has caused panic throughout the nation and it doesn't look like it will die down any time soon.
After the initial test results by Uttar Pradesh Department of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) showed harmful levels of monosodium glutamate (MSG) and lead in Maggi, various states across India and even Bangladesh conducted tests on Maggi to find out whether the food product is safe or not.
The controversy around Maggi has led to tests being conducted across the country.
The entire controversy began when the UP FDA last month asked Nestle India to withdraw a batch of Maggi noodles "which were manufactured in February 2014" after it found high levels of added MSG, a taste enhancer, in the noodles and lead beyond permissible limits.
