It is notified for the information of all concerned that:

  1. The interview of the candidates who have applied for the post shown herein below advertised vide Notification No: 02 of 2009 dated:  30-12-2009 shall be conducted on 28-June-2011 at Central Office of the Board, Zum Zum Hotel Rambagh Srinagar for Kashmir province based candidates from 9:30 AM onwards. The interview list and schedule of the candidates for the posts shown herein below for Jammu province based candidates shall be notified separately.

  1. It should be noted that only such candidates shall be allowed to appear in the interview who are within age, possesses the prescribed qualifications, are within cut points in their respective categories and adhere all other terms and conditions as laid down in the advertisement notice.
  2. The particulars of the provisionally shortlisted candidates is shown in Annexure “A” of this notification.
  3. The interview schedule and particulars of the eligible candidates shall be available at the following places:
    1. Board’s Camp Office, Sehkari Bhawan, Near Bahu Plaza Jammu
    2. Board’s Central Office, Zum Zum Building, Rambagh (Tel: - 2433838).
    3. Administrative Officer, SSB Kashmir / Jammu (Tel: - 2439015(Sgr) & 2477792 Jmu))
    4. Board’s web site (www.jkssb.nic.in)
  4. The qualifications / reserved category certificate acquired by the candidate after the last date of receipt of application forms shall not be entertained;
  5. It should be also noted that no supplementary list shall be issued for the purpose of the interview. Any applicant having any sort of grievance may approach Secretary, Services Selection Board within one week from the date of publication of this notification.
  6. Mere figuring of name in the shortlist does not entitle the candidate to appear in the interview as it shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates shortlisted .
  7. In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc proved at the time of interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview or if deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified.
  8. The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials as asked for vide above referred advertisement notification before the selection committee at the time of interview. The candidates who fail to produce such certificates / testimonials may forfeit their candidature. A photocopy of each such certificates duly attested by Gazetted Officer with his / her seal and signature of the officer and self signed by the candidate itself should be brought along with for depositing with the Board.
  9. Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information shall render him / her liable for criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitments made by the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate.
  10. No further notice shall be afforded to those who have been included in the shortlist.
  11. Failure of a candidate for appearing in interview on the given date shall not be entertained later and shall forfeit his /her right of consideration.
  12. No TA / DA shall be paid by the Board for appearing for the interview.
